The eDiscovery Consultant supports a team on litigation and regulatory matters, working at the direction of a Project Manager, to provide litigation support services and solutions. This is a hybrid, entry-level position with room for growth and will require travel within the Seattle area.

- Ask well-considered questions in advance of executing a task; step back to identify insights/discover patterns; put forth ideas to improve processes or analyses.

- Tracking data throughout the project from point of collection to return/delivery.
- Oversee or execute data processing tasks using software and specifications.
- Support/maintain a hosted document database.
- Develop/advise on database search terms.
- Execute document productions (preparing and generating data files from a database)
- Collect digital evidence using standard protocols and disciplined procedures.
- Manage and/or perform an online review of legal documents for relevance.
- Manipulate, validate, and format data in Excel or Access.
- Develop effective processes and procedures.
- Define metrics to measure progress and results and use spreadsheet models to generate.
- Drafting correspondence (internal and external).
- Maintaining and organizing project documentation, such as correspondence, invoices, reports, and tracking logs.
- Take notes at all meetings and distribute to team, as needed.
- Perform data entry; scan and copy documents.
Minimum Requirements:
The ideal candidate is sharp and motivated, has a keen appetite for data and information in all its forms, and demonstrates excellent attention to detail and quality. Specifically, she/he must have:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to accommodate periods of significant overtime
- Ability to travel to / or work from multiple client site and office locations around the Seattle Area as needed
- Professional and mature appearance and attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Working as part of a team on an intensive project
- Demonstrating an eye for detail and attention to quality
- Learning and utilizing software, including database applications, and computer hardware
- Developing, following, and improving business processes/workflow
- Gathering, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on data
Physical requirements:
- Must be able to use computer, mouse, keyboard, and phone for extended periods of time
- Must be able to bend, kneel, and reach on regular basis
- Must be able sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to carry/lift/move objects that may weigh up to 30 lbs
Salary: Starting at $25/hour flexible DOE
