About the Role

At Celeration ABA, we do things differently. Our BCBAs work directly with families , no handing off to RBTs, no cookie-cutter programs, no micromanagement. Just meaningful clinical work with a small caseload and the autonomy to practice the way you were trained to.

We're looking for a passionate BCBA to serve families in our San Francisco and Daly City areas.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct ABA therapy to 1–2 clients

• Conduct assessments, write individualized programs, and monitor progress

• Offer parent coaching and build lasting relationships with families

• Complete indirect work from home, on your own schedule

What You'll Earn

• $85/hour for all billable and non-billable hours

• $2,550–$3,400/week working 30–40 hours

• Flexible caseloads, pick up as little or as much as you want

What We're Looking For

• Active BCBA certification

• 3 years of ABA experience (early intervention preferred)

• Reliable transportation in the San Francisco/Daly City area

• Comfortable working independently and directly with families

• Genuinely passionate about delivering meaningful services
