Role Description
The School Director will oversee the daily operations and management of the Celebree School in Ashland, VA, ensuring high standards in education, safety, and organization. This full-time, on-site role involves leading and mentoring a team of educators, overseeing curriculum implementation, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and fostering strong relationships with families and the community. The successful candidate will ensure an enriching, nurturing, and safe learning environment for children while achieving operational and enrollment goals.
