Celebrations Catering is hiring a hands-on manager to run food service at a Manchester, NH area High School. You’ll lead a small team, cook and serve breakfast and lunch, and own the standard in your kitchen.
If you’ve spent years in restaurants and you’re done with dinner rushes, late night closing shifts, and full weekend work — this is the trade. Same craft, better hours.
What you’ll do
Run daily breakfast and lunch service for the school
Lead, schedule, and train a small kitchen team
Order product, manage inventory, and control food cost
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and inspection-ready every day
Work directly with school administration as our person on site
What we’re looking for
Kitchen leadership experience — restaurant, school, healthcare, or catering all count
ServSafe certified, or willing to get certified (we pay for it)
Real pride in a clean kitchen and a well-run line
Someone comfortable and steady around high school students
The schedule
Monday through Friday, roughly 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. You work the school calendar — off for Christmas break, February and April vacations, every school holiday, and the summer.
About summer
Summer is your call. Take it off, or come work with our catering team through wedding and event season for full-time hours and full-time pay. A lot of our school staff do exactly that — school schedule during the year, catering in the summer. Year-round income, without giving up your school-year hours.
Pay and benefits
$26–$30 per hour, based on experience
