Role Description
This is a contract position (1099) for a Lead Wedding and Event Coordinator, based in Orlando, FL. The role involves a hybrid work model, allowing for a combination of remote work and onsite event coordination. Responsibilities include event planning, managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, maintaining clear communication with clients, overseeing event setup and execution, and ensuring every event runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Event Planning and Event Management, including the ability to organize, schedule, and oversee events seamlessly
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clarity with clients, vendors, and team members
- Customer Service expertise, with a commitment to ensuring the best experience for clients and guests
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus
- Relevant certifications in event planning or management are favorable
