Celebration Group Homes has a Team Leader positions available. This position involves leadership as well as direct care. Direct Care involves providing care for individuals who need assistance with their daily living skills. Passion for caring for others is a MUST.
Team Leader Schedule: The schedule will be 8:30a-8:30p with rotating weekends. Your days will rotate. During the week that you work the weekend, you will be off certain days during the week. You would be responsible for assisting with meals, showers and other direct care work. You will also need to be an eligible driver. You are responsible for some appointment transportation and ensuring documentation is done for each individual at the home. A team leader should be comfortable leading the home they work at and able to function independently while also being a team player. It is crucial that our team leaders are comfortable with technology and willing to evolve and learn new things. This position pays $15.00/hr.
Requirements:

-High School Diploma
-Valid Drivers License (Responsible for transporting individuals home from day training)
-Must be 21 years of age or older and have held a driver's license for 3 years (required for insurance purposes)
-Must be able to pass a background check free of any felonies.
-Management experience is preferred but not required
