The job details include,
- Assessing the damage to a vehicle and estimating the cost of repairs.
- Visually examining the vehicle for damages and documenting with photos.
- Estimating the cost of labor, parts, paint, and other materials.
- Communicating with the customer and the insurance company ensuring communication is clear and precise.
- Ensuring repairs are completed professionally, maintaining the highest level of repair expectations.
- Generating repair orders and precisely matching the repair order to the estimating system.
- Working directly with technicians to ensure proper supplements are submitted for insurance approvals.
- Working directly with parts department to ensure received parts are not damaged upon delivery.
- Ensuring the vehicle is 100% fixed 100% right.
- Maintaining great working relationships with DRP insurance companies, completing processes in a timely manner.
