Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department, ensuring efficient inventory control and product availability.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of parts associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage parts ordering, receiving, and stocking procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive parts sales and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and service departments.
• Track and analyze parts inventory, minimizing discrepancies and maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an automotive parts department, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve goals.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in computer systems and parts management software.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
