Key Responsibilities:
- Baking Excellence: Precisely measure, mix, and bake cakes in all sizes and flavors according to brand standards.
- Production & Efficiency: Operate commercial mixers, ovens, and tools to meet daily, high-volume production demands.
- Quality Control & Safety: Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including cleaning/sanitizing workstations and maintaining proper, consistent product rotation (FIFO).
- Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient levels, assist with inventory checks, and notify management of needed supplies.
- Support & Teamwork: Assist with packing, cleaning, and preparing for the next shift to ensure smooth bakery operations.
