Our corporate headquarters and distribution are located in Middle Georgia, and our other teams are located in both Middle Georgia and Tennessee.
Job Description:
A Warehouse Associate works directly with other associates and management to pick, pack, and ship orders, receive and maintain inventory levels, and rotate inventory on a seasonal basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders using handheld scanners
- Pack orders according to set standards to avoid damage
- Ship packages using shipping software
- Receive and unload inventory and perform inventory transactions in the WMS system using handheld scanners, and put inventory in proper locations in a timely manner
- Identify, report, and resolve errors and discrepancies in receiving and inventory levels
- Daily replenish picking bins
- Rotate inventory on a seasonal and priority basis
- Build and label kits according to procedures
- Use WMS software to lookup items, receiving tickets, and orders when necessary
- Cycle Count Inventory
- Use pallet jack and fork lift to maneuver product safely
- Maintain work area to be clean, safe, and organized
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, as well as twist, bend, reach, and climb throughout the day
- Must be able to work in an environment affected by seasonal weather conditions.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally by phone or email
- Experience in picking, packing, and inventory preferred, but not required
- Experience operating pallet jack and forklift preferred, but not required

Working Conditions:
Associates will have some exposure to seasonal conditions which may range from extreme heat and humidity to cold, rain, and beyond from open bay doors and transferring product between warehouses. Associates must be able to consistently lift 50 lbs. , twist, bend, reach, and climb on a daily basis. Clear, correctable vision for distance and close range is required.
