RBT Responsibilities
- Work directly with children and families in home-based or community settings, following individualized ABA treatment plans
- Implement programs to improve communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills
- Collect accurate data during each session to track client progress and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Support behavior reduction strategies while maintaining a compassionate, professional approach
- Build trusting relationships with clients and families through consistent, empathetic communication
- Participate in ongoing professional development and uphold ethical standards in all clinical interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain it (we offer the coursework, guidance, and support!)
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Genuine passion for helping children reach their goals through evidence-based ABA therapy
