Position Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified School Principal for a well-established, state-approved private school serving children with disabilities in Morris County, NJ. This is a full-time position with an immediate opening for the 2026–2027 school year.

The successful candidate will bring strong administrative leadership experience and a commitment to supporting high-quality educational programming for children with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and administrative oversight for the school.
- Support the delivery of innovative, student-centered educational programming.
- Promote excellence in special education and support the needs of students with disabilities.
- Provide effective leadership and guidance to school staff.
- Support the successful day-to-day operation of the school.
- Work collaboratively with school staff and administration to support the school’s educational mission and programs.
Qualifications
- New Jersey School Principal Certificate required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of administrative leadership experience required.
- Experience in special education is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to excellence in special education and student-centered educational programming.

Celebrate the Children is an EEOE M/F/V/D in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
A salary range is provided in accordance with New Jersey pay transparency laws. Final salary is determined using a structured salary grid, taking into account years of relevant experience and educational qualifications, and is subject to the maximum limits established by the New Jersey Department of Education and the discretion of the Board of Directors. The salary provided is for a 12-month contracted position.
