WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Chairside assisting for restorative, implant, endo, and emergency procedures
- Taking digital X-rays, setting up rooms, sterilization — 100% every time
- Supporting the hygienist and keeping the doctor running at full capacity
- Talking to patients in a way that makes them feel calm, respected, and cared for
- Joining morning huddles and filling downtime productively without being asked

YOU NEED
- 1–3 years of dental assisting experience
- Ohio X-Ray Certification — or willingness to get it within 60 days
- Hepatitis B vaccination (Ohio requirement)
- Full-time Monday–Friday availability
Even better:
- Coronal polishing certification
- Implant, endo, or oral surgery assisting experience
- Open Dental experience
