What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Front Desk Dental Receptionist position at Celebrate Dental & Braces?
We are looking for a new Front Desk Receptionist. We are focused on providing excellent Customer Service. We are looking for someone who can work well in a fast paced environment. This team member will work under the direction of our Dental Office manager. Pay will be based on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet patients and check them in
- Handle registration for new patients
- Obtain and scan any needed documentation
- Schedule appointments
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls, as needed
- Verify insurance, as needed
- Accept lab deliveries and send labs when needed
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work some evenings (until 7 PM)
- Ability to work up to 2 Saturdays per month (8 AM - 1 PM)
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
We offer flexible schedules.
Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 7 PM
Saturday: 8 AM - 1 PM
Position is full time and will average around 35-40 hours per week.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
