We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Experienced Laborer to join our Construction & Property Turnover team. In this role, you will help us prepare residential and commercial properties for new tenants. Your day-to-day will involve a mix of demolition, surface prep, basic repairs, site cleanups, and assisting our skilled tradespeople (painters, drywallers, carpenters) to keep projects moving on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Site Preparation & Protection: Mask off surfaces, cover floors, set up containment barriers, and prepare job sites for trade work.
- Demolition & Haul-Off: Remove old flooring, outdated fixtures, trash, debris, and drywall as needed.
- Surface Prep & Repairs: Patch drywall holes, sand surfaces, scrape loose paint, and perform light caulking/sealing.
- Basic Assembly & Installations: Help install blinds, cabinet hardware, light fixtures, switch covers, and door handles.
- Job Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe work environment by sweeping, hauling trash to dumpsters or trailers, and organizing tools/materials.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport tools, lumber, paint, and construction supplies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 years of experience in general labor, construction, carpentry, painting, and drywall preferred.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks comfortably.
- Reliability: Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to travel between local job sites.
- Tool Familiarity: Comfortable using basic power tools (drills, sanders, nail guns, shop-vacs).
- Mindset: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-player attitude.
