Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough ceiling cleaning and high dusting in commercial, and industrial spaces, ensuring dust-free and sanitized surfaces.
- Install, repair, and replace acoustic ceiling tiles and systems, including grid frameworks, using tools such as ladders, scaffolds, and power lift equipment.
- Assess job sites for material needs, safety hazards, and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed to support overall site operations.
