UX Designer – Design SystemsPay Rate: $45-47/hrOverview:We are looking for a UX Designer with proven experience working on design systems to join our client’s team responsible for the most widely used customer-facing and employee-facing design system. This role focuses on evolving and maintaining the design standards that power their online banking experience and drive efficiency for internal development teams.Responsibilities:Create and update documentation and graphics for design system guidelines.Build, fix, and test Figma components; create developer specifications.Design and test Angular components for UI consistency.Collaborate with content teams and ADA accessibility partners.Conduct competitive analysis of other design systems.Respond to help desk inquiries and facilitate office hours, design reviews, and governance meetings.Research, audit, and prepare topics for governance discussions.Work on special projects as assigned.Portfolio link required with resume.Required Skills: (3 years) Design system experience (ideally contributing to or maintaining).Figma (component creation), Jira, Confluence, Adobe Suite.Strong product, UI, and UX design background.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Critical thinking, systems-thinking mindset, and attention to detail.Education:Experience in lieu of formal education accepted; design bootcamps a plus#IND#ZR
