Job Title: Construction Specialist IIIJob at a Glance: Hybrid role working partially in office, partially in the field, covering the area surrounding the office location.Location: 751 East Industrial Park Drive Manchester New Hampshire 03109 United StatesWork Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7-4pm ESTPay Rate: $30-$35/hr W2 optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)Duration of Contract: Long-term contract with extension/conversion possibilityResponsibilities:Manage and track project milestones, create and issue jobs within the tracking software, and oversee full lifecycle updates.Liaise with internal cross-functional groups including BOC, CPM, FPM, and sales to serve as the primary contact.Create, approve, and manage funding requests and purchase orders related to job estimates and materials.Conduct quality control workflow management, validate field quality, and ensure milestones such as permit closures and final invoices are completed.Required Skills:Previous fiber/telecom/coax cabling exp, ideally constructionStrong organization and project management skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with milestone management software such as JT/Polaris or Salesforce.Company Culture:From your first day, you’ll have the support and resources needed to grow your career to new heights and direction.
