The initiative involves close coordination between project managers, visual merchandising partners, store planning teams, in-store communications, operations groups, and third-party vendors who support rollout activities. The position sits within an implementation project management group that manages end-to-end execution across store networks. The coordinator works as part of a project team led by Senior and Implementation Project Managers and contributes to project planning, documentation, communication, and operational alignment. The position centers on supporting project execution from early planning through deployment. The coordinator manages reporting, meeting agendas, action items, follow-ups, project timelines, and digital documentation. The role requires adaptability, strong organization, and the ability to manage shifting priorities while learning new processes and supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously. The individual will also assist with preparing presentations, maintaining status updates, and helping the project team ensure that deliverables are completed on time and meet internal and external expectations.Required Skills/Experience/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience1–3 years of relevant administrative, coordination, or project support experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) and familiarity with Macintosh systems Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, multi-tasking capability, and sense of urgencyStrong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting internal directives and updatesAbility to manage timelines, documentation, digital records, follow-ups, and task ownership across multiple stakeholdersAbility to identify risks, offer basic recommendations, and navigate ambiguityStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build constructive relationships and work effectively in a teamPreferred Skills (Not Required): Retail or in-store operations background Exposure to visual merchandising, store planning, or implementation workPMP certification preferred (not required)Experience with InDesignDay to Day/Responsibilities:Prepare and update project charters for new initiatives by gathering scope details, outlining objectives, and ensuring documentation is ready for project manager review.Monitor project scope throughout each phase and track changes, risks, and updates to ensure key partners receive timely communication and are aligned on next steps.Support internal and vendor meetings by preparing agendas, collecting discussion topics, distributing materials, and ensuring all required attendees have up-to-date information.Capture meeting notes, document decisions, record follow-up actions, and distribute recaps to project teams and stakeholders for visibility and alignment.Maintain project timelines, calendars, and status reports using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Suite tools to ensure deliverables, checkpoints, and deadlines are clearly tracked.Update project presentations and internal documentation using PowerPoint, Word, and InDesign to support progress reporting and communication needs.Assist Senior and Implementation Project Managers with day-to-day operational tasks, including preparing communications, validating project details, and organizing rollout materials.Organize digital files and maintain structured document repositories so project records remain current, accessible, and aligned with audit or reporting needs.Conduct timely follow-ups with internal teams and third-party vendors to confirm task ownership, collect missing information, and ensure work progresses as scheduled.Build and maintain working relationships with cross-functional groups such as Merchandising, Operations, Visual Merchandising, Store Planning, and In-Store Communications to support project execution and information flow.Communicate project goals, activities, risks, and updates in a clear and concise manner to keep partners informed and aligned.Use analytical skills to review data, identify issues or risks, and escalate concerns or recommendations to project managers.Participate in discussions that require navigating ambiguity and provide support in evaluating options or preparing next-step recommendations.Assist in validating execution readiness, confirming that materials, directives, timelines, and vendor communications are complete before deployment.Support general project team operations by managing scheduling needs, preparing documentation, and ensuring daily administrative tasks are completed to sustain workflow efficiency.#INDCEI #ZR
