Job Title: Corporate Communications Specialist IIILocation: Remote Contract: W2 onlyDuration: 6 months Pay: $50/hr OverviewThe Corporate Communications Specialist III plays a pivotal role in driving stakeholder awareness, alignment, and adoption across the ERP transformation program. This position focuses on planning and executing external communications, supporting internal engagement efforts, and ensuring consistent messaging across channels and audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesExternal Communication Execution: Identify, plan, and deliver timely communication to external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers) in coordination with relationship owners.Stakeholder Engagement Support: Collaborate with change leads and business teams to support the Change Champion Network and engagement activities such as roundtables, marketplace fairs, and pulse checks.Content Development: Create and refine materials aligned with the communications and engagement plan, including messages, talking points, FAQs, and visual assets.Feedback Integration: Capture and incorporate stakeholder feedback into communications to improve clarity, relevance, and impact.Channel Strategy & Governance: Align with enterprise-wide messaging standards and branding guidelines; manage delivery across platforms like SharePoint, email, and live sessions.Collaboration & Syncs: Participate in regular syncs and meetings with Communications, Change, and COE teams to align timing, content, and delivery strategy.Functional SkillsStrategic communications planningStakeholder engagement and change enablementProject coordination and timeline managementExperience supporting large-scale transformation initiativesTechnical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and SharePointBasic understanding of design principles and brand alignmentAbility to track and report communication effectivenessComfortable using collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, Asana/ADO)#INDGEN #ZR
