Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify suspicious activities.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a visible presence.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary.
- Manage conflicts effectively to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or misconduct.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed.
Qualifications
