About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher, Third Grade Teacher, and Spanish Teacherto join our vibrant educational community. In this role, you will inspire young learners, facilitate their academic growth, and nurture their social-emotional skills. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for third-grade students.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, respect, and collaboration among students.
- Utilize diverse teaching methods and learning technologies to meet the varied needs of learners, including those requiring special education or early intervention support.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing and ongoing assessments.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through proactive behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support individual student needs, including working with children with autism or other learning differences.
- Incorporate literacy education, math instruction, physical education, library services, and other subject areas into daily lessons to ensure a well-rounded education.

Required Skills
- Prior classroom experience working with elementary-aged children is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in lesson planning, curriculum development, and assessment strategies.
- Experience working with students requiring special education services or early childhood education is highly valued.

- Knowledge of learning technology tools and methods for enhancing student engagement.
Preferred Skills
