Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in bartending, customer service, and cash handling. Knowledge of clover POS or similar systems is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending or related roles
- Proficiency in basic math for measuring ingredients and handling payments
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for patrons
- Knowledge of brewing, retail math, and food service industry practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
