About the Role
We’re seeking a licensed Senior Civil/Environmental Engineer with 8–15 years of municipal experience to join our growing team in Watertown, NY. You’ll lead diverse water, wastewater, stormwater, and site/civil projects from concept through construction while mentoring the next generation of engineers and strengthening long-standing client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of design and project management for water, wastewater, stormwater, and site/civil projects
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians. Your leadership will shape our future
- Collaborate directly with municipalities, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Provide hands-on field oversight to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction
- Contribute to firm growth by maintaining and deepening client relationships
What We’re Looking For
- 8–15 years of municipal civil/environmental engineering experience
- New York State PE license
- Strong technical background in water, wastewater, stormwater, and site/civil systems
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel to job sites and connect directly with clients
