Rate of Pay: $60,000-$70,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Job Summary
The Technology Manager provides day-to-day technology support to CEDARS employees and helps ensure the agency’s technology systems, equipment, and user accounts operate efficiently, securely, and reliably. This position serves as a primary point of contact for technology-related questions and support requests, manages the agency’s help desk ticketing system, assists with hardware and software deployment, and coordinates with third-party technology vendors to resolve issues and maintain effective technology services throughout the organization.
The Technology Manager position requires strong technical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Manage, prioritize and complete help desk tickets using Autotask ticketing system to support the technology needs of the agency.
- Provide timely technical assistance to employees related to computers, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, user accounts, printers, connectivity, and other technology-related issues.
- Collaborate directly with 3rd party technology vendors, including Bizco and SEI, to troubleshoot issues, coordinate services, and resolve technology-related problems.
- Administers and manages Microsoft 365 user accounts, including account creation, modification, licensing, access, and deactivation for new and separating employees.
- Configure, deploy and maintain agency iPhones/iPads using Maas 360 Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Assist with the setup, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, printers, and other technology equipment.
- Maintain accurate technology-related records, equipment information, and user documentation.
- Meets with new employees for technology onboarding.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of CEDARS.
- Maintain confidentiality of clients served by this organization and professional boundaries in the provision of services. Treat all clients with dignity and respect.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems Science (CIS), Information Technology (IT), or a related field and/or one year of experience in technology support or a related field.
- Knowledge and experience with the Microsoft 365 environment, including Microsoft 365 Administration, Exchange, SharePoint.
- Knowledge and experience working in Microsoft Active Directory.
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM), particularly Maas360.
- The ability to work positively and patiently with non-technical team members.
- A genuine interest in and concern for all youth and families.
- Sensitivity to the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of the clients and families CEDARS serves.
- Ability to represent CEDARS in a positive and professional manner.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely,
- Have a valid Nebraska driver's license and a good driving record.
