What will you be doing:
The Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to non-acutely ill patients and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the directions and supervision of the registered nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 6-months to 1-year of nursing assistant or related experience, two (2) plus years preferred.
Required To Have Experience In Acute Care Setting.
Educational/Certification Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED.
Current BLS Required. (BCLS Certification Preferred).
Certified Nursing Assistant. (preferred)

What will you be doing:
The Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to non-acutely ill patients and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the directions and supervision of the registered nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.
- Assists patients with activities of daily living such as feeding, toileting and hygiene in the Med Surg Tele Unit.
- Provides basic nursing care to non-acutely and acutely ill patients.
- Assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment.
- Works under the directions and supervision of the registered nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.
- Answers phones and call lights.
- Ensures unit is stocked with supplies.
- Assists patient transporter as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Shift = Nights, 7pm to 730am*
- Part Time = 2-Shifts per week*
