The Facility Coordinator II is responsible for general maintenance and equipment repair at an advanced level for the Cedars-Sinai Medical Network to include multiple facilities including Robertson, Wilshire, La Cienega, Cedars-Towers and other sites as required.

A Little More About What You Will Be Doing
The Facility Coordinator II is responsible for general maintenance and equipment repair at an advanced level for the Cedars-Sinai Medical Network to include multiple facilities including Robertson, Wilshire, La Cienega, Cedars-Towers and other sites as required.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides building maintenance and repair to include:
- HVAC system monitoring and repair;
- Plumbing maintenance and drain repair;
- Electrical and lighting system repair;
- Furniture and office equipment repair;
- Wall cover repair to include painting and texturing, etc.
- Coordinates and schedules contractors' services when scope of work requires outside services.
- Performs necessary project coordination and supervision when tenant improvement projects are undertaken.
- Assists in the disposition and control of inventories allocated to warehouse storage.
- Provides minor janitorial support as necessary for the sanitary delivery of clinical services.
- Coordinates room set-up and preparation for meetings and other events.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Associate's Degree or Trade Tech school graduate preferred
- 5-7 years progressive journeyman level experience in building maintenance and equipment repair knowledge and possession of hand and/or power tools necessary to perform routine maintenance operations required
