Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents in our Behavioral Unit, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with our policies and procedures
Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
Monitor and report any changes in resident status or condition to the charge nurse or supervisor
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments, such as social services and therapeutic recreation, to provide a holistic approach to resident care
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Ohio
