We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Behavior Unit team at Cedars of Lebanon. As a member of our night shift team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in our Behavior Unit, focusing on their unique needs and individualized treatment plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established protocols
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring alignment with resident goals and preferences
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address resident needs, concerns, and barriers to care
- Monitor and report resident progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary
- Provide emotional support and crisis intervention to residents and families, as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
