We are currently seeking Registered Nurses who desire to assist our residents in achieving the best quality of life possible. Shifts Available - Full-time, Part-time, PRN - Day AND Night shifts needed. Can start right away!
Job Duties:
- Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
- Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
- Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
- Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
