Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Property Administrator/Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will support property operations, manage administrative tasks, and serve as a key point of contact for Board Members and homeowners. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help ensure our properties run seamlessly while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities/Qualifications include:
- Assist assigned property director with sending letters, violations, work orders, scheduling and preparing for meetings, etc.
- Handle customer service inquiries via phone and email professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and conflict management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining professionalism; strong phone etiquette is essential.
- Heavy email and phone correspondence with homeowners and board members of condo associations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Previous experience in property management field (or related) a plus
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
