GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Provide hands-on nursing care, supervise and support LNAs, administer medications, maintain nursing records, coordinate medical and rehab appointments, and manage admissions and discharges. Serve as charge nurse or med nurse as assigned.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide direct nursing care to residents and day students.

Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacies, audiologists, dentists, and other medical providers.

Oversee programming and care delivered by nursing assistants.

Maintain ongoing communication with families.

Participate in meetings and perform administrative tasks in support of nursing operations.
OPEN POSITIONS & SHIFT OPTIONS:

Full-Time Day Shift: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Overnight Shift: 30 hours per period (2 shifts one week, 3 shifts the next)

Per Diem: Flexible scheduling available
PAY AND BENEFITS:

Base pay: $42 per hour

Shift differentials:

Evening shift: $2/hr

Overnight shift: $4/hr

Weekend shift: $5/hr

Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed in the State of New Hampshire as an RN or LPN.
- Experience with children with multiple disabilities and/or chronic health conditions is preferred.
- Nursing or LNA experience preferred.
Salary : $42 - $50
