POSITION DETAILS:

Schedule Options: Full-time, part-time, and per diem roles available.

Shift Hours:

• Overnight Shifts: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and day students, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and expertise.
• Liaise with physicians and other medical providers to coordinate care and manage resident health.
• Supervise and assist nursing assistants in providing personal care to residents.
• Manage medications and nursing records, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
• Participate in meetings and administrative functions related to nursing and residents' care needs.
• Accompany residents to medical and rehab appointments as needed, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed in the State of New Hampshire as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Experience with children with multiple disabilities and/or chronic health conditions is preferred.
• Nursing or LNA experience preferred
