PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Provide direct nursing care to residents and day students, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and expertise
-
Liaise with physicians, pharmacies, and other medical providers to coordinate care and manage resident health
-
Supervise and assist nursing assistants in delivering personal care
-
Manage medications and maintain accurate nursing records and documentation
-
Participate in meetings and perform administrative duties related to residents’ care

Accompany residents to medical and rehabilitation appointments as needed

Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed in the State of New Hampshire as an RN or LPN.
- Experience with children with multiple disabilities and/or chronic health conditions is preferred.
- Nursing or LNA experience preferred.
Salary : $32 - $50
