About the Role
The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the community, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining the highest quality of care for residents. This role includes managing staff, developing budgets, ensuring financial performance, and fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community. Additionally, the Executive Director will lead initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction, build a positive work environment for staff, and ensure the community embodies the values of "Celebrating Life Every Day!"
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field is highly preferred
- Operational and financial management skills, including budget creation, resource allocation, and regulatory compliance
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive improvements and achieve organizational goals
- Leadership and management skills, including team building, conflict resolution, and staff development
- Interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology is a plus
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to enhancing quality of life for senior residents
