Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to manage our front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the office while creating a welcoming environment for tenants when they visit. This role requires a blend of administrative skills, and office management experience.DutiesProcess and scan documents such as rent renewals, leases, NYC documents.Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and filing systems.Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.Ensure the front office area is tidy and organized at all times.Collaborate with other administrative staff to support overall office operations.RequirementsProven experience in an office setting with clerical or administrative responsibilities.Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.Bilingual candidates are highly preferred to enhance communication with diverse clientele. Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.Previous real estate office experience is advantageous but not required.Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment.
