Sales Associate (Full time & Part Time)

Cedarbrae, also known as Leavenworth Boutiques, is currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Retail Sales Associates. We’re looking for friendly, motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a one-of-a-kind retail environment.

With multiple boutique shops in downtown Leavenworth, our stores can range from calm and quiet to fast-paced and lively. We’re looking for adaptable team members who stay engaged, think creatively, and consistently provide outstanding customer experiences—no matter the pace of the day. You'll be part of a supportive, energetic team in one of Washington’s most charming destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner

• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays

• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/credit transactions

• Support team members with restocking and inventory tasks

• Learn product knowledge to better serve and engage with customers

Requirements:

• Friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills

• Customer service experience (preferred, but not required)

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and moving between store locations

• Basic math skills for transactions and inventory

• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required
