Location: Waterloo, Iowa (on-site)
Schedule: Part-time, 15–25 hours/week
Pay: $17–$22/hour, depending on experience
What You’ll Do:
Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
Handle payroll tax payments and reporting
Keep employee records up to date and organized
Support onboarding and employee changes
Answer and route phone calls with professionalism and a helpful attitude
Assist with general HR and admin duties
What You Bring:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Comfortable working with numbers, deadlines, and confidential information
Friendly, professional demeanor and solid communication skills
Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points For:
Experience with Viewpoint (Vista)
Background in HR, accounting, or business admin
