- Cedar Springs High School Staff Member (preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership, interest in and aptitude for supervising and working with students
- Positive attitude and human relations skills
- Possess self-motivation and sound judgment
- Proven organizational, communication, motivational skills
- Prior experience advising or coaching high school students preferred
- Available before and after the school day and during some school days for assemblies
