What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate partners, and community groups
  • Coordinate and host corporate events, group outings, and seasonal activities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of an established hunting preserve
  • Oversee office administration, scheduling, communication, and customer follow-up
  • Train, manage, and motivate seasonal and full-time team members
  • Speak confidently to groups, lead tours, and represent the business professionally
  • Develop marketing ideas, outreach strategies, and customer engagement plans
  • Wear multiple hats — operations, customer service, logistics, leadership, and business development
