Position: Resident Services Coordinator
Reports To: Operations Manager
Status: Full-Time

Support the property management team by managing administrative, insurance, and document control tasks that keep Cedar Ridge’s systems accurate, organized, and compliant.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)
1. Office
- Pay for listing photos within 48 hours of request.
- Document roof repair/replacement jobs covered by insurance.
- Document inspections within 24 business hours.
- Organize and maintain all home warranty documents.
- Manage documentation of Cedar Ridge Insured properties
- Maintain Google Drive and Appfolio documents
2. Property Management Assistant Support
- Onboard new properties and vendors accurately and within 3 business days.
- Offboard lost properties and close records within 5 business days.
- Process leases and renewals (accuracy and document completion) within 24 hours, execute steps for inherited tenants
- Track expiring leases on lease tracker. Upload upcoming expired leases 4 months in advance.
- Maintain company calendar. Ensure company calendar is up-to-date by 9am each Wednesday.
- Keep all owner documents up to date across our systems
- Respond to Property Managers with support and documentation for properties within 48 hours (examples include but are not limited to turning on utilities, scheduling photos, and locating documents for property managers).
3. Communication Standards
- Phone: Answer the phone within 3 rings.
- Messages: Deliver messages to the appropriate teammate according to the urgency of the message and NLT 30 minutes from receipt of message.
- Emails answered or actioned within 24 hours.

Compensation
- $15/hour, 40 hours a week, paid bi-weekly
- 30 days of paid vacation will be earned after 12 months employment
