Our clinicians enjoy the flexibility of being a 1099 contractor with the ability to control their schedules and have total clinical autonomy. Our business model is centered in a cost-sharing approach rather than profit sharing, allowing our clinicians to benefit from the power of working in a collective group to keep administrative costs accessible and reasonable for a solo practitioner, including access to enhanced insurance rates ($110 - 150 per session), seamless credentialing allowing you to begin seeing clients in as little as 30 days, and spacious and well-appointed offices. The ideal candidate is licensed (LGPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, PsyD, PhD), wants to see at least 15 client sessions per week, and has the organizational and professional skills to operate independently in a private practice setting. Supervision is available for provisionally licensed clinicians. Preference given to high-demand specializations such as child/adolescent therapy, substance abuse, trauma, psychological and educational testing, LGBTQIA affirming care, EMDR, and couples/family therapy.
