Update sports and activity rosters in Infinite Campus
Pull weekly grade reports for all sports programs, band, and show choir
Keep track of ineligibility and communicate with coaches at the beginning and end of grading periods
Send weekly grade reports to all in-season sports coaches
Pull and share daily attendance reports with in-season sports coaches
Supervise the weekly study table program for all in-season athletes who are failing at least one class (3 days a week after school from 3:00–4:00 pm)
Recruit teachers to help support and tutor students at Study Table
Oversee All School Eligibility for the entire building, including running weekly reports, comparing with the chronic absentee list, formatting and displaying the list of students not able to attend events, and uploading data into the Raptor system
