CRBT is looking for a Branch Market Manager to join our team at our Cedar Rapid's locations. This position is responsible for managing, developing and motivating Retail Branch Managers to maximize production while achieving the highest level of client service. This position is also responsible for setting branch goals and ensuring the growth of CRBT's Retail Department. Individuals in this position must thoroughly understand all the Bank's products and services to determine which best meet the customer's financial needs.
To be considered for this position applicants must be able to develop, motivate, train, supervise and lead all retail branch staff. Actively provide feedback to employees on performance, works with HR & SVP Retail Banking Manager to handle any disciplinary actions. Identify training needs for staff; completes on-the- job training if appropriate or works with Retail Banking Trainer to deliver additional training. Responsible for ensuring staff is fully aware of and adheres to, operational procedures with the help of Retail Development & Operations Manager. Create a working climate in which assigned personnel are motivated to develop their skills and abilities and demonstrate by personal example the desired standards of conduct and work performance. Bachelor's degree in management or related field. Three years of successful supervisory or management experience required. Five years' experience in the financial industry required, including teller and personal banker duties. Five years Lending experience required. This position requires S.A.F.E registration at the time of employment. The Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) web site (mortgage.nationwidelicensingsystem.org) provides the Mu4R questions and registration required for employment in this position.
