We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to join our dynamic facilities team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities through hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance .
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC issues promptly.
- Conduct repairs and perform basic residential painting to maintain the aesthetic and structural integrity of facilities.
- Document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule future tasks.
- Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety standards are met and work is completed efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures, reduce downtime, and enhance customer service experiences.
- Maintain safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure a secure working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential settings.
- Strong electrical experience
- Mechanical knowledge including familiarity with tools such as ohmmeters, and hand tools.
- Skilled in residential painting for minor repairs and aesthetic improvements.
- Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with team members and report issues clearly.
