Based in Richmond Virginia, you will be responsible for identifying and eliminating pests while ensuring an outstanding customer experience that encourages referrals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties for pest identification.
• Apply appropriate pest control techniques and treatments safely and effectively.
• Utilize hand and power tools to perform pest control tasks efficiently.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and maintenance practices.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in pest control or related field preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of pest control methods and safety practices.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
