What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plumber position at Cedar Park Group?
We are seeking two experienced Journeyman Plumbers with a minimum of 5 years of experience. You should be skilled in plumbing installations and repairs—including drains, PEX, copper, and PVC work—as well as adjusting boiler pressure and servicing HVAC systems. Experience with both commercial and residential projects is preferred. Our current contract includes work at Destiny Mall, the second largest mall in the USA, with the potential for a company gas card.
General Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience
- Commercial experience preferred
- Proficiency in working with drains, PEX, copper, PVC, and running lines
- Ability to adjust boiler pressure and replace heaters/boilers
- Experience with HVAC systems (rooftop units, chillers, air conditioning)
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license or certification
- Strong problem-solving skills and reliability
