Position Overview
In this role, you will provide developmental pediatric services to children with complex clinical needs, including developmental delays, behavioral health conditions, and autism spectrum and related disorders. This position requires strong assessment skills, thoughtful care planning, and the ability to collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary care teams.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO required
- Board Certification in Pediatrics, or Board Eligibility, required
- Experience in developmental pediatrics and/or behavioral pediatrics
- Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively in a mission-driven, underserved setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting pediatric patients with autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, and behavioral health needs
- Experience working in multidisciplinary or federally supported healthcare settings preferred
