Lead Associate Dentist – Cedar Mountain Dental (Newington, CT)
Full-Time: Monday - Friday | $225,000-$350,000 annually

Your Impact
In this role you will:
- Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care—with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes.
- Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care.
- Leverage digital tools such as iTero, intraoral cameras One and Overjet to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
- Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources.
- Contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity and growth.

What You’ll Bring
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required).
- GPR or AEGD preferred.
- Proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures.
- Endodontic, surgical and cosmetic dentistry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
