Job Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with experience in retail environments. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
- Provide product information, demonstrate features, and promote sales
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in technology sales or product demonstrations is advantageous
